These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InAll mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Service"), operated by InAll ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
Inallapp is designed for the following age groups:
- Under 13: The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that an account belongs to a user under 13, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account and delete associated personal data.
- Ages 13–15: Depending on applicable laws in their jurisdiction, users in this age group may need parental or guardian consent before creating an account or using the App.
- Ages 16–17: Users in this age group may use the App. Depending on applicable laws, parental or guardian involvement may be recommended or required for certain features.
- Ages 18 and over: Users aged 18 and over may use the App without age-related restrictions.
By using the App, you represent that you meet the applicable age and consent requirements described above and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms (or that your parent or guardian has consented on your behalf where required by law).
Note: We are reviewing the age-verification and parental-consent mechanisms required by applicable laws. The eligibility requirements above reflect our intended approach and may be updated as our compliance review progresses. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data for different age groups.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account (via email/password or Google sign-in).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@inallapp.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Description of Service
InAll is a modular super-app offering 84 mini-apps across 8 specialized bundles:
- Student tools: Attendance tracking, habit building, student expense budgeting, CGPA calculation, timetable management, assignments, offline notes, flashcards & spaced repetition, exam countdowns, study timers, and task boards.
- Business tools: Inventory management, customer leads, sales registers, staff attendance, invoicing, and appointments.
- Gaming & daily challenges: Daily puzzle challenges (Zip daily paths, Mini Sudoku), reflex tests (Tap Challenge with daily ranking), chess vs AI, memory games, and sports scorecards.
- Personal tools: Habit tracker, goal setting, mood logging, hydration reminders, and personal journaling.
- Fitness & health tools: Workout logging, GPS run & cycling tracking, intermittent fasting timers, and BMI/weight monitoring.
- Finance tools: Personal expense tracking, roommate split expenses, subscription trackers, and budget planners.
- Utility tools & Focus sounds: Converters, calculators, timers, PDF utilities, and focus/ambient audio tracks.
- Notifications: Local on-device reminders (assignments, habits, fitness, fasting, billing alerts) and server-triggered push alerts.
- Advertisements: The Free tier of the App may include third-party advertisements delivered via Google AdMob. Pro subscriptions provide an ad-free experience.
We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion, with or without notice.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- InAll offers Free tiers, individual bundle access, and Pro subscriptions. Bundle accessibility and free entitlements vary depending on your country and account configuration.
- Paid subscriptions and bundle unlocks are billed and processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.
- Subscription pricing, regional billing cycles, free trials (where available and configured in the Google Play Console), and renewal terms are governed by Google Play at the time of purchase.
- Refunds, cancellations, and renewals are managed through your Google Play Store account settings under Google Play's standard refund policies.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or tier entitlements with reasonable advance notice where required by law.
5. User Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through the App (e.g., notes, journal entries, expense records, uploaded images/files) ("User Content").
- License to us: By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you (including via our third-party service providers such as Firebase and Cloudinary, as described in our Privacy Policy).
- Shared/published content: Where you choose to use "publish" or "sharing" features (e.g., published notes, shared expense groups), you are responsible for the content you choose to share and with whom.
- Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
6. Acceptable Use & Fair Play
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other users' accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or security features
- Submit falsified purchase tokens, receipts, or payment information to obtain unauthorized access to paid features
- Cheat, manipulate, automate, or tamper with daily games or leaderboards (including Zip daily challenges, Mini Sudoku, and Tap Challenge) using autoclickers, script injection, score spoofing, or unauthorized API submissions
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our prior written consent
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
We reserve the right to disqualify scores and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these fair play and acceptable use provisions.
7. Admin and Support Access
Certain authorized personnel ("Admins") may have limited access to account-level and usage data (such as subscription status and broadcast notification tools) for the purpose of providing support, managing subscriptions, and operating the Service. Admins do not have general access to your private notes, journal entries, or personal records except as reasonably necessary to investigate reported issues or abuse.
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including Firebase (Google) for notifications and authentication, Cloudinary for media hosting, Google AdMob for displaying advertisements (on the free tier), and Google Play Billing for payments. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, branding, logos, and underlying software, is owned by InAll and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App other than the limited right to use it as permitted herein.
10. Termination
- By you: You may delete your account at any time through the App's account settings. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the deletion of your associated data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Features such as attendance predictions, reminders, and notifications are provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon as your sole record-keeping or academic/financial management system.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InAll, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
